IMPORTANT PARADE DAY INFORMAtiON
Parade Route, Parking & Check-In
- Pet Registration & Check-In for ALL paraders at CENTRAL & MAIN (near the Fire Station) 8:30am to 9:15am.
- Pet registration for farm animals, wagons and trailers begins at 8:30am in the CENTRAL PARK LOT (behind ST. JOHNSBURY HOUSE at Central & Main).
- For the safety of pets and people, the parade route and the streets crossing the parade route will be closed from 9am to 11:30am.
- Parade line-up at Central Parking Lot (Central & Main) begins at 9:30am.
- The parade begins in front of St. Johnsbury House on Main Street, proceeds down Main Street, goes around Arnold Park, back onto Main Street, and ends at Four Seasons Park.
- Parking is available on side streets and public lots (Central Parking Lot is for animal trailers only).
- No parking on Main Street from 8am to 11:30am.
- Arrive early to find a parking spot on a side street close to the parade route!
- Be safe and have fun!
What to Bring
1. Your pet on a lead, in a wagon, bowl or crate...whatever is most safe and comfy for your pet while still displaying their incredible style and beauty.
2. Baggies to clean up after your pet (also available at registration).
3. Hopefully you'll need sunscreen. If not, an umbrella.
4. Pocket money for snacks and souvenirs.
